zucchini lasagna - low caloties

By replacing the lasagna noodles with zucchini you can create a delicious, lower carb lasagna thats perfect for healthy lifestyle, and you wont miss the pasta!


 

INGREDIENTS


  • 400g minced beef
  • 400g chicken minced meat
  • 1 tsp oil
  • onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • black pepper, salt, chili or other spice, to taste
  • 2 or 3 medium zucchini
  • 2 cups low fat food cream
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese



DIRECTIONS




  1. Brown meat and season with salt. When cooked drain in colander to remove any fat.
  2. Add oil to the pan and saute garlic and onions about 2 minutes. Return the meat to the pan and add spices you like. Simmer on low for at least 30-40minutes, covered. 
  3. Brown zucchini soaked in egg
  4. Mix 2 eggs and food crem, add spaces you like
  5. Preheat oven to 220°
  6. Layer - meat mix, zucchini, cheese (repeat untill all your ingredients are used up. 
  7. Pour with food cream/aggs mix
  8. Bake 30 to 50min


It was tasty and even family members who dont like zucchini, liked the lasagna :) Usually I dont look for any recipes but make my own from some ingredients I find in my fridge 👍❤️





 


It is unbelivable how many different recipes you can invent from same ingredients!❤️

How to take a diet under control

Here is how I do it:

  • I eat every 3-4 hours
  • Drink water about 2 l/day
  • I never wait untill Im hungry
  • Breakfast is important (perfect egs + carbs)
  • Never eat under 2 hours before going to sleep
  • No sugar 😁🙈 (2-3 weeks without sugar and you will be free)
  • Write what you eat or I take photos to remember
  • I eat about 150g chicken or turkey and 100 beef but not every day and fish. 300-500g vegetables, 2-3 eggs , 1-2 green apple, 1 banana in the gym day and protein coktail and carbs (regulate) I eat about 150-250g. Dont forhet about vitamins.
  • Dont do cardio if you have problems with eating and diet (you will be so hungry if you make cardio that you cant control your hunger)
  • Dont stress about making mistakes just do your best ❤️
 



 

Sometimes I have so crazy daytime rhythm and cant eat perfect so I try to think before, what I will eat in emergency situation if it comes 😜😅 Some fruit or protein cake usually... 

These last three days were so crazy 
  • 29.4 work and learning new things at work
  • 30.4 free day but so many stuff to do and winter came back 😱
  • Sunny day with family, my sister and her kids ❤️☀️

Kids dont like vegetables so its ok to make different food sometimes for kids 🙈🤓



Amazing birthday gift 😍 I didnt have enough memory in my old phone but now i have in my new phone 👍

 

Usually I dont eat potatoes but today I did :)

Amazing day + gym 🏋️‍♀️💪

Today I started my day little different at 10AM 😁 Because I had interview at school at 1:00PM and after it I went to gym 😍🏋️‍♀️

Morning starts with oatmeal and protein and my little princess is a perfect company 😍 (my little sisters daughter)

 

Before the interview I eat 50/50 protein and carbs and after gym I eat one banana and protein drink 🥛🍌

 

And like you know already, evening 👉 no carbs. And Soon I can finish my beachdress. I ❤️ to crochet 😎

How to make surprise birthday party for mom ❤️

Today I had a free day from school and today is my moms birthday 😍

We decided to make surprise for our mom even when she told us that she doesn't want a party (me, my sister and two brothers with family)

So my sister took mom to her place (because my mom lives in my place at the moment) and because my mom thought Im at school so she didnt except to have party 😎

 

My morning started with a normal and healthy breakfast 😉 But then... 😅 I started to cook 🙈💩

 

I made chocolate cake because its easy and fast, I didnt have much time to think and cook. 👀

 

This is my 
favorite part and most tasty thing on the world 😁🤓 Really!!! There was not even one peace left after party, NEVER, no metter how much I make!

 

And I decided to make some coktails this time, beautiful and tasty 🍹🍓

 

Because its late and I feel tired after long day in kitchen and party, I dont write recipe of all this stuff but You can ask me on Instagram by sending message and I will do it 🤗

Alcoholic 🔞🚱🆘

I skipped yesterday because I was training hard and I wanted to share my sundays recipe :)

Today I started my day at 5:00AM
  1. Shower
  2. Exercise
  3. Breakfast
If you want to know about exercise in the morning, I can tell more later 👉💪

 

I try to eat every 3-4h and protein powder I use only on training days (after training) 

I dont have enough time to make lunch with me, so I eat in the restaurant or school dining room 🙈😜

 

Today we learned how to make some alcohol coktails 😁😎 I even tasted some 👉 do not repeat 🚱😅

 

Big surprise was waiting for me outside 👉 winter!!! Nice to live in Finland when you love winter 😁 not me... But I still ❤️ Finland!

And my best sister on the world, made food for us ❤️
In the evening I dont eat carbs... 🤔 I try my best 🙄😇

 

Oh, and this tasty biscuit 😬👀😱 I just cannot resist! Sometimes it happens but dont give up!!!

Sunday 👉 Lazzzyyyy 😅

Only cooking today :)
No training on sunday 😁

Today I found cottage cheese in my fridge. 😅 On the weekdays I'm at school and eating in the restaurant so my fridge is "missing" me and food is getting bad sometimes but not this time!

So I have:

  • Cottage cheese 900g (I will use more if I have)
  • Flour 2-3 cups (next time I will weight)
  • 3 eggs
  • Sugar 1-2 cups
  • Butter 200g
  • Lemon
  • Raisins 0,5 cup

I just mixed butter, sugar 1/2, flour, one tablespoon lemon juice, egg yolk and one teaspoon of soda for the dough... Then I mixed everything else and 1/2 sugar and covered the dough (see on pic) Just left in the oven 180C for 40-50min.

And it was tasty! Really!

P.S. I forgot about protein... I added also protein powder about 20g


And I will try to take pics and make instructions for everything I eat as much as I can and it depends of what my followers like to see... Also fittness training videos if You are interested in it :)
