zucchini lasagna - low caloties

By replacing the lasagna noodles with zucchini you can create a delicious, lower carb lasagna thats perfect for healthy lifestyle, and you wont miss the pasta!


 

INGREDIENTS


  • 400g minced beef
  • 400g chicken minced meat
  • 1 tsp oil
  • onion
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • black pepper, salt, chili or other spice, to taste
  • 2 or 3 medium zucchini
  • 2 cups low fat food cream
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese



DIRECTIONS




  1. Brown meat and season with salt. When cooked drain in colander to remove any fat.
  2. Add oil to the pan and saute garlic and onions about 2 minutes. Return the meat to the pan and add spices you like. Simmer on low for at least 30-40minutes, covered. 
  3. Brown zucchini soaked in egg
  4. Mix 2 eggs and food crem, add spaces you like
  5. Preheat oven to 220°
  6. Layer - meat mix, zucchini, cheese (repeat untill all your ingredients are used up. 
  7. Pour with food cream/aggs mix
  8. Bake 30 to 50min


It was tasty and even family members who dont like zucchini, liked the lasagna :) Usually I dont look for any recipes but make my own from some ingredients I find in my fridge 👍❤️





 


It is unbelivable how many different recipes you can invent from same ingredients!❤️

How to take a diet under control

Here is how I do it:

  • I eat every 3-4 hours
  • Drink water about 2 l/day
  • I never wait untill Im hungry
  • Breakfast is important (perfect egs + carbs)
  • Never eat under 2 hours before going to sleep
  • No sugar 😁🙈 (2-3 weeks without sugar and you will be free)
  • Write what you eat or I take photos to remember
  • I eat about 150g chicken or turkey and 100 beef but not every day and fish. 300-500g vegetables, 2-3 eggs , 1-2 green apple, 1 banana in the gym day and protein coktail and carbs (regulate) I eat about 150-250g. Dont forhet about vitamins.
  • Dont do cardio if you have problems with eating and diet (you will be so hungry if you make cardio that you cant control your hunger)
  • Dont stress about making mistakes just do your best ❤️
 



 

Sometimes I have so crazy daytime rhythm and cant eat perfect so I try to think before, what I will eat in emergency situation if it comes 😜😅 Some fruit or protein cake usually... 

These last three days were so crazy 
  • 29.4 work and learning new things at work
  • 30.4 free day but so many stuff to do and winter came back 😱
  • Sunny day with family, my sister and her kids ❤️☀️

Kids dont like vegetables so its ok to make different food sometimes for kids 🙈🤓
